- Co-ordinating the activities of Patent Information Centre – Kerala (PIC-Kerala).
- Co-ordinating the A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Youth Challenge Programme and Training on Science & Technology Management scheme.
- Instrumental in conducting IPR awareness Seminars/ Workshops/ Lectures/ Talks/Exhibitions throughout the State.
- Delivering Lectures/Talks on various aspects of IPR in the awareness programmes.
- Generate patent search reports and provide patentability opinion by conducting search on various patent databases.
- Discuss with the inventors about their inventions and ascertain whether they are likely to succeed in being granted patents.
- Co-ordinating with the IPR Cell Co-ordinators in Universities/Engineering Colleges for implementing the activities of the Cells effectively.
- Editor of quarterly PIC Newsletter and Sub Editor of Biannual Journal of Traditional and Folk Practices.
