Webinar on Viral Diseases Organised By KSCSTE-SRIBS & MG University on 29-31 October 2021

Eventhough significant progress has already been made by the scientific community towards preparing for and mitigating the dreadful impacts of the pandemics, the current challenges with COVID-19 indicate the need for deeper insights into viral diseases. Despite the advancements achieved, there still exist significant gaps and global challenges towards management of viral diseases. Considering the importance of viral diseases, it is proposed to  organise a three-day webinar on ‘Viral Diseases’ with leading experts in the field of infectious diseases in association with School of Biosciences, MG University, Kottayam. Internationally distinguished speakers will steer the conference with their thoughts, experience and research in the field of virology especially the strategies to be adopted, how to tackle the viral pandemics, how to prepare ourselves for the pandemics and also on the management of COVID-19. The virtual event brings together virologists and helps the audience to build a network of global interactions with professionals within the field of infectious diseases and diagnostic virology.
