About me Dr. Ajeeshkumar KK has specialization in biochemistry and molecular biology research. His current research focuses on the extraction and isolation of bioactive compounds from natural products or sources using advanced extraction techniques, the development of nutraceutical and functional food products, and the assessment of their bioactivities using in vivo and in vitro models. He has also worked on toxicological evaluation of compounds using in vivo models, cancer proteomics, metabolomics and lipidomics using animal models, nutritional profiling, residue monitoring using HPLC, GC, LC-MS/MS etc. He has also worked in Agri-Business Incubation Centre for support entrepreneurship and technology transfer. He is a member of The Indian Society of Agricultural Engineers (ISAE). He has over 30 international and national publications to his credit.
