The pivotal role of Technology Development and Innovation in economic development is well known. Innovation is essential for sustainable growth and socio-economic development. Technology Development and Project Management Division (TDPMD) serves as a powerful platform in the Kerala State to foster Research & Development, promote New Technology Development, inspire innovations, encourage industry partnership, and acts to provide a unique Innovation Ecosystem based on transformational research, strengthened partnerships, to support the state specific problems and challenges.
Technology Development and Project Management Division (TDPMD) is exclusively devoted for managing Research & Development, Technology Development & Management, Intellectual Property Protection & Management, enhancing the intellectual capital of Scientific/Technical Staff. This division is committed towards administering schemes and programmes to improve the technological output of the State.
